Decal stickers that are sold by truckgraphics.ie are in NO WAY related to, produced by or in cooperation with the respective brands that the decal(s) may depict.
Product Return Policies
Please note that our products are cut to order to the colour and size you specify when you place the order. Refunds will not be accepted unless there is a fault with the product. We take every care to ensure that our products are the highest standard and arrive to you safely, in the unlikely event that your product arrives to you damaged, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Decals are not designed to be left rolled for long periods of time. Please install your decals as quickly as possible to prevent wrinkles that may occur in the shipping process. Refund or replacement will not be issued for decals that are left in the box for long periods of time.

Special Orders and Custom Orders
Custom text orders and bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges without incurring a restocking fee even on exchange. Once these are cut they can not be resold they are one off custom made specifically for you.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for Special orders without incurring a restocking fee, any items custom made including text, custom windshield banners, camo cut vinyl etc. again these are custom one off designs made specifically made for you.

Please allow up to 3 business days before shipment leaves the warehouse.
*Expedited will ship the next business day. Excludes weekends and Holidays Orders – they will be shipped next available business day.
Please note it may take up to 24 hours before USPS updates tracking numbers on the USPS website.
International shipments are made via USPS First Class International. Please note international shipments have NO guarantee for delivery. (please use as your own risk no refunds will be given for lost orders via USPS for international delivery.
If you provide a invalid address and the item is returned by the post office, you will be subject to a additional shipping charge that will be charged to your original form of payment.
Hours of operation
Normal Business hours are from Monday through Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Please note orders placed over holidays and holiday weekends will be processed on the next business day.
In the event your payment is declined, we reserve the right to process the card again for up to 30 business days. If we are required to attempt to process the card again you may incur a €1.00 service charge in addition to the total of the original order amount.
Loss or theft or Damage
In the event a package is lost by the usps or the item is stolen. Please contact so we can file the appropriate paperwork with the USPS. We will gladly replace the order at no charge to you while the courier conducts an investigation. Please be advised if the courier deems your package WAS delivered to your address, you may be responsible for the cost of the replacement shipment.
If your item arrives damaged by the post office, we will gladly replace the item. Before a replacement item can be shipped we need a Signed written statement from you that the item was received damaged, and photos of the damage emailed to us, so we can file the insurance paperwork with the courier.
